Motoring Defence Solicitor Fees
Our Motoring Defence Solicitor Fees are fixed fees wherever possible but in some cases we may have to operate on the basis of an hourly rate. The estimates quoted below are based on the matter concluding after representation at Court where the hearing has been designated for a trial listed for one day.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and disbursements and travel. In some cases additional third party costs may be necessary such as an expert witness and their fees may need to be add to any of the below estimates of fees.
Written Representations - working on your behalf and trying to dissuade the Police from issuing court proceedings: £500 plus VAT.
Written mitigation - guilty plea - Penalty points
Between £500 and £750
Guilty plea exceptional hardship:
£600 - written representations or for Court attendance £900-£1500.
Cases where there is a risk of disqualification - guilty plea and representation:
Between £850 and £1600
Drink Driving offences - Not Guilty
Between £3750 - £7500
We try wherever possible to adhere to the fees set out above. However, where the case is more complex or the Court is in a remote location then there might me an increase to the fees quoted. We will always discuss this with you in advance.
